About Us
Organization
WiTECK is an independent legal entity, a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization incorporated in the State of Delaware, in the United States. WiTECK is a member-driven, all-volunteer organization. It is governed by a Board of Directors, initially representatives of the Founding members, who annually elect a slate of Officers to carry out the activities of the organization. Major corporate decisions, such as authorization of stack development projects, are made by the Board.
